This will be a place to share my unique artwork, upcoming shows and a place to share with you a view into my life and the inspiration behind my artwork.
I was born in Boulder Colorado in the 1970's but spent most my childhood in Northern Idaho. Even from an early age I have always loved to paint and that passion led me to North Idaho College where I received my Commercial Arts degree. After college I moved to where my family roots are, right here in Colorado. In 2005 I married my loving husband as we now have a beautiful son.
The natural sandstone I use comes from my family's property near Carter Lake in Colorado. Captivated by the wealth of stones and their unique color and textures I decided to use the rock as a unique canvas to my rustic paintings portraying the beauty and history that Colorado has to offer.
